Return policy
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped or produced. If canceled in time, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Returns:
- We accept returns within 30 days of product delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Please contact our customer service to ensure the return is sent to the correct address.
Important Notes:
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for a 30-day return.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee, which will vary based on the courier service chosen.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- No restocking fee will be charged for returned items.
Refunds:
- After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please recheck your bank account or contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
